TLV - Power Trap (Compact Mechanical Pump with Built-in Steam Trap) Model GT10L
Key Features :-
1) Cavitation-Free Operation: Capable of handling high-temperature condensate efficiently without the risk of cavitation.
2) Intrinsically Safe: Powered entirely by steam, requiring no electrical power or additional level controls. This makes it perfectly safe for hazardous or explosive environments.
3) Low Filling Head Requirement: Features a highly compact design that permits installation in limited spaces, operating with a minimum filling head of just 300 mm.
4) Exceptional Durability: Built with high-quality stainless steel internals and hardened working surfaces to ensure long-term reliability.
5) Easy Maintenance: Design allows easy, inline access to all internal parts, simplifying cleaning and significantly reducing maintenance costs.

Installation & Operating Guidelines
- Pressure Requirement: The motive steam pressure minus the back pressure must be greater than 0.05 MPa to ensure proper operation.
- Check Valve Installation: A check valve must be installed at both the inlet and outlet. To achieve standard rated capacities, the use of TLV check valves (CK3MG, CKF5M, or CKF3M) is required depending on the connection type.
- Strainer Installation: A strainer must be installed at both the motive medium and pumped medium inlets to prevent debris accumulation.
