Key Features:-
1) Self-Modulating Free Float: The free float automatically adjusts its position based on the real-time incoming condensate load. This ensures continuous, smooth, and low-velocity drainage into your pipeline.
2) Constant Water Seal Design: A permanent internal water seal guarantees a 100% steam-tight closure. This completely prevents steam loss, even under low-load process conditions.
3) Advanced Automatic Air Venting:
- X-element Model (JH7.5R-X): Highly responsive. Vents air automatically at temperatures close to steam and includes a fail-open feature to prevent waterlogging.
- Bimetal Model (JH7.5R-B): Thermostatic bimetal air vent valve rapidly clears air during startup. This minimizes commissioning times and ensures rapid heating.
4) Built-in Large-Surface Screen: Features an integrated internal screen with a large surface area. This protects the trap from scale and debris, ensuring extended trouble-free operations.
5) Easy Inline Access: All internal components are accessible from the top cover. Maintenance, cleaning, and parts replacement can be done easily without removing the trap body from the piping.
