Heat Exchanger Gaskets

With a remarkable progress of technology in oil refineries and petrochemical plants, the operating conditions have become severer and severer. The variety of operating condition require gaskets in a variety of materials, shapes and sizes. We have facilities to comply with diversifying requirement.

• Thickness From 3.0 to 4.5 mm
• Size From 300 mm to 400 mm in diameter
• Material Compress asbestos fiber jointing sheets; compress fiber 9synthetic and/or mineral) jointing sheets; material-jacketed gaskets; spiral-wound gaskets; a combination of spiral-wound and metal-jacketed material; and virgin or reinforced PTFE sheet are available.

Soft Cut and Composite Gaskets

These gaskets are designed for comparatively low pressure and low temperature applications. The gasket is basically constructed of single sheet or a combination of two or more different materials. Where extreme chemical inertness is required, a PTFE-based sheet material is extensively employed. They are rated to suit class 150 and 300 applications.

• Thickness From 1.5 mm to 4.0 mm
• Size From 15 mm to 1500 mm in diameter or nominal pipe size ½ inch to 60 inch to ASME B16.21
• Material Compress asbestos fiber jointing sheets; compressed fiber (synthetic and/or mineral) jointing sheets; (NBR, CR, IIR, EPDM, VITON); virgin PTFE sheet; filled or reinforced PTFE sheet; and PTFE-enveloped type are available.
• Types Round and rectangular shapes are available, with or without rib (s).
